Methods of sending and cost

The options of sending can vary in function of the direction of delivery, the hour of your purchase and the availability of the articles.

Our aim is to send the next day all the requests realised of Monday to Friday before the 21h. When this was not possible, will show you the term estimated of delivery in the moment of the purchase.

1. Product damaged during the sending

3. Defective product

All the pieces of furniture and his pieces have a guarantee of 2 years. In the case of defective product, QUEKUCO (whose titularity corresponds to Inmaculada Concepción Mazón of the Torres Retamal, with NIF 14321707K and domincilio in Saint Street Luis 70-workshop 16. 41003 Seville) does  charge of all the necessary expenses for the repair, replacement or return of the amount as it correspond. Being all these free management for the consumer.

This Guarantee includes carry them, the material and the hand of work, but according to the law of guarantee of goods of consumption, are excluded of his coverage, the own characteristics of the own product of his nature (behaviour of the cloth,…), as well as the damages produced by a bad use of the same or an unsuitable cleaning.

In this guarantee do not include  the deficiencies ocasionadas by negligences, hits, use or undue manipulations, neither material subjected to wear by his normal use.

The guarantee will lose his value:

If they modify , they alter or they substitute some of the data of the same or of the justificante of purchase.

To do use of the guarantee, is indispensable the presentation of the justificante of purchase.

The guarantee offered by QUEKUCO fulfils with the legal requirements demanded so much in of the Text Refundido of the General Law for the Defence of the Consumers and Users and other laws complemented (TRLGDCU) as in the Law 3/2014, of 27 March, by which modifies  the text refundido of the General Law for the Defence of the Consumers and Users. (Legislative royal decree 1/2007, of 16 November).

4. Product does not satisfy his expectations

If it receives the product and does not answer  to what looked for, do not concern can give it back in a term of 10 natural days from the reception of the product. For this only will have to put in contact with QUEKUCO by any one of the available means. It is necessary that the product was in mint condition of conservation with all his accessories.

After having received the commodity in our warehouse and checked his state, you will obtain the return of the amount of his request, discounting the expenses of transport, by means of banking transfer.

It do not forget to conserve the original packaging, as if it does not give back the product in the packaging of origin the product will suffer a depreciation. We recommend him that, in case to give back the already open product, it re-embale very well with all the protections with which supply it from QUEKUCO; it take into account that afterwards it can suffer hits in the transport and if we receive it very damaged will have to apply an extra cost by said depreciation of the product.

5. Which are the expenses of return?

If it gives us back a product because of an error by part of QUEKUCO, that is to say product damaged, dilapidated, defective or error in the sending, we always will assume all the expenses of the return.

If it wants to give back a product because it does not satisfy his expectations put in contact with us in or in the 649 842 741. The expenses of return will be the same that the ones of delivery. These expenses of delivery and return will be discounted of the total amount to give back.

In no case the client has to give back the commodity to QUEKUCO by his own means. QUEKUCO Will not do  responsible of the commodity if the client gives it back by his own means.
