Methods of sending and cost
The options of shipping can vary depending on the area/location for delivery, the time of your purchase and the availability of stock.
We currently display our shipping methods and prices available. Also you can select a delivery date.

We hope to delivery within the next day on purchases made Monday – Friday before 9pm. If there are any delays with your delivery, we will notify you and give you an estimated time/date for delivery.
There are specific areas which will not occur any delivery fees. These areas are displayed on our website.
Please remember to take the required identification documents for collections. If you are unable to collect your items and request another person to collect your delivery, please present a letter from buyer along with their DNI.
The terms indicated previously will see expanded for Balearic, Ceuta, Melilla and remote zones.
Please into account that the deliveries are only made during business working days.
You will receive updates of your order through email once your purchase has been made.
You can check the status of your order in the ‘My account’ section. If you haven’t registered through our website you can click the ‘information of request’ link for your confirmation.
At Quekuco we aim to provide the best service and get all purchase sent out to customers with in the delivery time frame. If there are delays in restrictive delivery we can assure customers that a notification will be sent out.
It is possible that your request was issued fractionated if the articles require of processing on our part. If this occurs, will warn you by email to indicate you the articles that will receive in each sending.
Our returns policy for all items is for up to 10 days of the day of purchase.

Options for Returns :
1. Product damaged during the sending
Please check your delivered items thoroughly. If you notice any damage on your items, it may have been caused through transit. Please notify us immediately and we will contact the courier services about the damaged items.
2. Incorrect product
If you receive the incorrect item/ items, you will have 14 days from day of your initial purchase to get an exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible via email on info@Quekuco.com
3. Defective product
A member from the Quekuco staff will need to assess your defective item. Please provide a photograph of the damaged area to us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can analyse the defect. All products have a two year guarantee.
If your product is falls under our guarantee policies, we will not charge you for the repair replacement or return. We can only cover a product when it refers to the guarantee law of consumer goods and consumption. In the case of defective product, QUEKUCO (whose titularity corresponds to Inmaculada Concepción Mazón of the Torres Retamal, with NIF 14321707K and domincilio in Saint Street Luis 70-workshop 16. 41003 Seville) does charge of all the necessary expenses for the repair, replacement or return of the amount as it correspond. If there are products which have been damaged personally by the consumer we cannot return or exchange the item for free.In the case of defective product, QUEKUCO (whose titularity corresponds to Inmaculada Concepción Mazón of the Torres Retamal, with NIF 14321707K and domincilio in Saint Street Luis 70-workshop 16. 41003 Seville) does charge of all the necessary expenses for the repair, replacement or return of the amount as it correspond.
Guarantee is void if:

Quekucko’s guarantee follows the legal policies set by the Text Refundido of the General Law for the Defence of the Consumers and Users and other laws complemented (TRLGDCU) set from March 2014.
If you receive a product which doesn’t match to your expectations, do not worry, you have 10 days to return items. This starts from the first day of your purchase. For all returns customers need to send all items back in new condition along with the full packaging & accessories included. If you don’t have the original packaging, please use a strong alternative and include the protective pieces which Quekuco provide. This will ensure items do not get ruined in transit. Please be aware if items do get damaged in transit an additional fee will be added on your account to go towards the damage costs. Quekuco will also thoroughly check all items being returned at the warehouse. Once all products have been inspected, you will receive a refund via bank transfer with the delivery charge discounted.
5. Return Policies.
If a customer wants to return a product due to an error by Quekuco i.e defected item or incorrect item received, we will cover the delivery fees. However, if a customer wants to return a product because they are not satisfied with it please contact a Quekuco team member via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or in the 649 842 74. You will receive a partial refund as we will deduct the delivery from the total amount.
All returns need to be approved by a Quekuco Team member via email or phone. Please be aware that in no instance will Quekuco take any responsibility if a customer chooses to make a return on their own means.
